Sultan Sikandar one of the co-founders of “Quaidian Lawyers and Corporate Consultants” enrolled as advocate High Court and also Solicitor at United Kingdom, hailing from Kharan Balochistan. He completed his LLB from Quaid-I-Azam University, Islamabad before pursuing his LLM at the University of Wolverhampton, UK, in 2019.
Additionally, he completed his Legal Practice Course from BPP University Manchester and is a member of the Middle Temple Inn.
Sultan has been a part of Rizwan Law Associates since completing his LLB, where he has worked on various fields of law, including criminal and civil litigation, commercial, company, and tax matters. More importantly, keenly interested in jurisprudence and constitutional matters.
Further, he has been working as a solicitor with Viceroy Legal Firm, Manchester, United Kingdom, where he provides advice on setting up and running businesses, sale and purchase of property, immigration, family laws & disputes, and employment matters.
During his academic career, Sultan has conducted two research studies. His undergraduate research was on the “Disqualification of Parliamentarians under Article 62,63 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973,” which involved a critical and comparative study with the constitutions of the UK, USA, and India. Whereas, In his master’s research, he worked on the topic “Whether the Laws of the UK are Sufficient to Protect the Children of Refugees.”
Moreover, Sultan has also worked with the Senate of Pakistan in the Government Assurances and Law & Justice Committee.
